Terms: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Payments in U.S. dollars only. All sales are subject to PowerVolt terms and conditions exclusively.
Delivery: See our promise for three day shipment. Scheduled orders are acceptable with a firm delivery schedule.
Shipping: All orders are shipped surface freight collect unless otherwise instructed. Location permitting, small shipments are made by United Parcel Service (UPS); larger shipments, by insured motor. Shipments can be made by air upon request. Every effort is made to adequately pack products. However, if the products are received in damaged condition, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim for damages.
Quotations: All written quotations from PowerVolt shall be valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Inquiries for customs or modifications of the existing products are welcome.
Repair Service: All products to be returned for repair require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. Contact the factory for details and authorization number. Products ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Non-standard, custom or modified products cannot be returned for credit.
Warranty: PowerVolt warrants each product of its manufacture that does not perform to published specifications as a result of defective material and/or workmanship, for a period of two(2) full years from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. PowerVolt's obligation under this warranty is limited to servicing or adjusting any product returned to the factory for that purpose, or replacing any defective parts. Transportation charges are to be prepaid by the purchaser, and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning for warranty examination. If the failure has been caused by misuse, operation in excess of specifications or modifications by customer, repairs shall be billed at cost; in such cases a cost estimate shall be submitted before work is started. PowerVolt reserves the right to make changes or improvements in its products without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured. PowerVolt neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume on its behalf any liabilities for consequential damages of any kind through the use or misuse of its products by the purchaser or others. No other obligations are expressed or implied.
